  • Accuracy: We strive to accurately describe our  furniture and custom products. However, slight variations in wood grain, color, or dimensions may occur due to natural materials and craftsmanship.

  • Custom Orders: Custom furniture is made to your specifications and cannot be canceled or returned unless defective.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in  and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment: We accept payments via [list accepted methods, e.g., PayPal, credit cards]. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers.

  • Order Confirmation: A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order via email.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Standard orders typically ship within 30 business days. Custom orders may require 1-2 additional weeks.

  • Shipping:

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

    • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Delivery: You must inspect goods upon arrival. Report damages within 5 days with photos for resolution.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

  • Custom Orders: No returns or refunds unless products are defective or not as specified.

  • Defective Items: We will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, business interruption).

  • Delays in delivery or errors caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers).

  • Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance of products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (e.g., designs, logos, product images) is our property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
